Lil' Kat is named for her mama, Kat, the doe who started it all around here. We lost Kat shortly after kidding triplet does at age 9, but Lil' Kat is sure making her mother proud!
She earned Jr. Grand Champion at the GA Dairy Goat Breeders Association Monroe show- the very first Grand for a Hammock Haven doe!
Lil' Kat has grown into a very large yearling. She appraised an 87 as a yearing and has V and E scores in every structural category. She freshened with a single kid, so doesn't have the milk this year to really fill out her udder. We are looking forward to seeing her after another freshening.
She also gave us one of our favorite doelings of the year, Katlyn. We repeated that breeding, but sadly lost Katerina after complications in kidding.
